Payment Options
DWC San Jose offers flexible payment arrangements to support every family. Contact the Finance Office to discuss which option fits your situation.
Full Payment
Pay the entire semester/annual assessment in full before the deadline. No additional charges apply.
Installment Plan
Pay in 3 equal tranches within the semester. First tranche due at enrollment; remaining upon agreement with Finance.
Cash / Over-the-Counter
Pay directly at the Finance Office cashier window. Bring your assessment slip and a valid ID.
Bank Transfer / GCash
Online payment accepted. Submit proof of payment to the Finance Office within 24 hours of transfer.
Scholarship / Voucher
Present your scholarship award letter or government voucher document at enrollment. Finance will apply the appropriate discount.
Financial Aid / Discounts
Sibling discounts and financial assistance available. Apply at the Finance Office at least 2 weeks before enrollment.
